Buying with Trimex UK Ltd

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the Check-Out icon and you will be asked for a few details in order to confirm your order.

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards. You can also pay by PayPal, Bank Transfers and Cheques. Pre-Ordered items are not charged until they are also ready for despatch.

When confirmation of your order is received, it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice.

Please Note: In the case of a change of price of the product in the sale, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Back-Orders (Pre-Orders):

If your requested item is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will back-order for you. However, you will always be informed with the option to cancel your order or to be sent an alternative replacement; if you would not prefer to wait.

Tax Charges:

Tax Charges for orders made from the UK hold a 20.00% VAT charge. However, all European Union orders can avoid the TAX costs if they can provide the relevant documents.

Credit Card Security:

When all orders are placed on our website, Credit Card Numbers are encrypted using the 128 encryption. This sensitive data is only decrypted after they reach us and is not held in clear text on any website.

Delivery Schedule:

We have a set schedule of dispatching all orders to your delivery address within 1-2 working days UK Mainland Only, other areas can take longer. However in the rare case of not receiving delivery within this period, please inform us immediately on 02088901998 or email: [email protected].

The Shipping and Handling of All items are delivered by reputed courier company, or our company delivery van.

We further process international orders regarding which you may provide your VAT NO: to avoid VAT CHARGES.

Trimex UK Ltd Privacy Policy:

Trimex UK Ltd does not disclose buyers information to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (the courier is given the customer details for delivery). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to another third organisation.

Returns Policy:

Please inform us before sending any returns.

In the case of Faulty and Damaged goods, we should be advised in writing within 7 days from the date of purchase, failing which; faulty or damaged goods will not be replaced or accepted. Any returned goods should be in their original packaging. Damaged goods or packaging will not be replaced or accepted.

Please Note: In case goods are damaged whilst in transit; Please Contact us within 3 days. If items are misplaced during delivery, Please Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Credit Notes will be issued for all eligible returns which can be used as a discount on your next order with us. Alternatively, if you wish to have replacement items sent out; please inform us.

Refunds Policy:

Refunds for goods will be processed using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. Refunds can take up to 14 days from the point that we receive the goods back from you. If you cancel your order before goods have been sent to you, we will process your refund no later than 14 days after the date upon which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order.

Customer Accounts:

Trade Accounts – Accounts of this nature are created for customers who simply want to browse through our range of products and prices. Customers can request these accounts via our website: Homepage and Accounts, or by contacting us via phone or email.

Credit Accounts – If you are interested in quantity figures, then you may apply for our Trimex UK Credit Account which entitles you to a credit limit, this can be done by contacting us by email or phone.

Cookies:

Cookies are used on our website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store your details if you select the Remember Me Option; making your shopping experience a lot easier. The Cookies mechanism also works to store all delivery addresses if the address book is used.

Please Note: You can disconnect the cookies mechanism within your browser by going to Tools | Internet Options | Privacy and ‘selecting to block cookies. However, if you turn- off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use this software.
